If you fell in a store would you sue?
if i was injured due to the stores neglience, on course i would sue. It is their responsibility to have those signs out. Besides, the could have defrosted those freezers after hours, or at night when customers Arent likely to be shopping.
What do i do if the father of my child is unfit and dangers?
i have a parenting plan with my ex-boyfriend. he has partial custody of our 1 year old son. but he continues to send our son home to me after a two-night stay with severe diaper rashes, bruises, dirty. and often with an illness. my ex has a history of reckless driving, speeding and has been in a wreck. he has been told of our child's intolerance to lactose but continues to give him milk products. which causes our son to brake out in a rash with hives and diarrhea. i would like to know if theres anything that i can do within legal limits to limit his visitation as he is not repecting the parenting plan and is neglecting our son. i have a lawyer but have been told by him that there is nothing he can do, untill we have another court date. that has not been set. i am tired of my son coming home with diaper rashs and his blatant disregard for our son's medical issues and hygiene. what can i do to insist that he follows the parenting plan. to keep our son clean and healthy, or limit his time with our son such as insisting on no over nights visits?
Problems with mom and little brother...?
reseolve this problem as a family thing; such as together during dinner, bring it up -- talk to her. It could help to have your father there with you to maybe help you out. Apologize, mainly, and if she's still acting like that give it time, she can't hold a grudge for that, you're a teenager, teens rebel.
I just had my answer removed as a violation. If reinstated, will Yahoo notify the person who reported it?
I just had an answer to a question removed as a 'violation of Yahoo's community guidelines. Yahoo notified me of this removal (which I'm thankful to Yahoo for) and I then filed an appeal which I believe I will win (it was an honest, good faith, informative answer and I was even given 'best answer' for it by the asker). I know that Yahoo will notify me if my answer is reinstated, but my question is this: Will Yahoo notify the person or persons who reported my answer as a 'violation' in the first place that my answer has been re-instated?
Low self confidence... but i'm TRYING to do something about that!?
Just be yourself...of who you are...try not to be affected with the rumors whatsoever because the reality is you can't please anybody. Hope this may help :)
If you have a stalker/Troll?
I have one person who replies to my Q's (others and not just me) in a nasty manner and reports us, is it possible to report a person such as this for stalking? You may know her, her main source of transportation is a broom, sheck out my "chores" question..
