Is there a word for a person who is being conned by someone who is using them by tricking them to do things ag?

I see people who are voting against what is good for themselves. They can't seem to see people who are greedy & have no good intentions for them are lying to them to use them...what are the greedy people called?.....is there a word beside gullible for the people being used?
