Is combining of Duhr and Asr prayers now allowed?

combining prayers is only done in extreme cirstances..for example if u were stuck in a rainstorm or smt and u tried ur best to get home but when u got home it was time for Asr but u have missed Duhr..u are allowed to combine it then....but doin it simply cuz ur lazy is not the right way. u should always pray ur 5 daily prayers and put ur prayers before anything
