Lights flicker when turning off them(home)?

Perhaps a loose connection, wether it is the wiring or the socket not making proper contact. Shut off the power!!! Tighten the terminals and if that doesn't work, the contact in the bottom of the socket may need to be pulled up a little bit to ensure proper contact is made with the bulb.
