I think I need virus help?

there is a simple way, try and remeber when this started to happen. what you do is go to start program files, accessories, system tools, system restore and then you click ok to continue and u will be shown a calender with all the saved checkpoints your computer made in the past. Pick a past date before this started to happen for example February 01 ,2009 and then your comp will do some stuff then reboot and your pc will be exactly just like it was on the day of feb 01, 2009. its like time machine for your computer very useful. There is a extremly rare chance the virus can still exist if its a more serious one but i have never had any friend who did this trick fail with a virus attack.
