2 month old & Diaper rash?

after he's air dried & before you diaper him put some baby powder on his bottom. Use the cream every diaper change. & if it's really bad change his diaper once in the middle of the night. Maybe during the day just letting him play while naked may help. Just ANYTHING to keep that area dry as the moisture is causing it. Good luck!
