Is this mastitis and do I need to see a doctor?

I have been feeding my 10 month old since she was born. I have gotten mastitis 2x. She is currently teething and because of this i noticed her latch is tighter. THat caused a crack in my nipple. Today, I got a low fever (100.4), chills, and body aches. I took my temperature again this evening and my fever has gone. The achy body and chilly feeling though is still there and I still feel that heaviness like when you have the flu. Is this mastitis and do I need to see a doctor? Appreciate any help. :o)
