Firstly I presume that you are in the UK. It is simple to notify your local tax office, just write to them. Explain that you have two jobs, the first one is in a shop for 19 hours a week your main employment, and the second as an online chat host as part-time job. Explain that the job as a chat host is one where you are responsible for arranging the payment of your own taxes and can they help with the relevant forms etc. Believe me they will be only to happy to help; money grabbers that they are.
