I'm pregnant, constantly throwing up, my stomach hurts, and i have flu like symptoms but no temperature. why?

i found out i was pregnant about 2 weeks ago. i started to feel very tired and i was getting very sweaty for no reason. i decided it was time to take a home pregnancy test. it was positive and since i went to visit the doctor which was a week ago today, i have been sick every day. i throw up and have morning sickness from the time i wake up through out the entire day. its severe in the morning and afternoon, but it settles more in the evening. either way i cannot move around, i cannot get out of the house. if i move too much or try to get dressed or make something to eat i get very sick and have to sit back down. i cannot lay down, or i feel more sick. ive tried a bunch of remedies like crackers and ginger ale, but i throw it right back up. my stomach is constantly in knots and hurts so much, i have had headaches and chills. i check my temperature everyday to see if maybe its the flu., but my temperature is always normal. i wake up very sick during the night also. i need help . i cant even really sit down without feeling the need to vomit.
