Car CD Player not Working.....?

I was on a 5 hour road trip, and I have a 2005 Ford Foxus SES ZX4 with a 6 CD Changer. I had 6 cd's in it and was listening to it most of the ride. Then I ejected a disc to place a new one it and it just says 'Reading Disc' and never plays. So I took them all out and cleaned them then placed them back in, then after trying to read all them it said 'Error something' and 'Initializing' can someone help. It still won't work and just says 'Reading Disc'. Thanks in advance.
