Guys - What kind of present do I get for a friend?

of my husband who is having a birthday/housewarming party? He's a hip young(35) who isn't married. He and my husband went to college together and are fraternity brothers so we've known him for 15+ years. Just not quite sure what I could bring to the party for him. Any suggestions. Don't want to do wine so any other thoughts from some men would be great. Thanks
