wear weights around the house on ur ankles and walk around. thats a good workout. also eat less and focuse on eating less carbs. a good abs workout-- lie down on the floor face up, put your hands under your but, raise ur legs and do a series of swimming like kick movements,,, trust me, you WILL feel this ab workout
