How do i get tested for myocardial infarction and chemicals in my blood that will cause cardiac arrest?

This is very important I'm hoping someone will help because the emergency room won't test me the proper way, they say I only have bronchitis and chest wall congestion. I know there's something wrong with me because friends have tipped me off about cardiac arrest, internal medicine specialists, my heart and antioxidants , almonds, lemon juice and spicy foods they will not tell me straight out in fear of there own life can someone who knows about all this explain what I should do? Its a complicated story but some people have done something to my body I just don't know what it has been about 7months since it started the last 2 weeks I been having left chest pain and in left side of back, 5months constant mucus spitting
