I have a question about Final Fantasy; this is my first time 10 points for effort?

ok. The games dont over lap much at all. I have FF XII and it makes perfect sense although i have never played any of the other games. If something happened in one of the previous games plot line (for example starting the war) it doesnt matter. I am quite far into the game and I have understood it all. If they have made a reference or pun of some sort to one of the previous games, One i didnt notice and two it hasnt come into effect in the game at all. I would really appreciate it if i got the 10 points. I hope you like the game, good luck and happy gaming =)
