Ibanez's NECK humbucker into Strat's BRIDGE?

My friend selling his Ibanez humbucker neck pickup. Can it be fitted to my Strat's bridge slot? What's the difference between his Ibanez's neck and bridge pickups anyway? Will it effect the sound output? His = Ibanez GAX70 2 humbucker ; Mine = Squier Strat standard 3 single coil (upgraded to HSS pickguard).
