Personal Question...?

My family and I have been bickering with my older brother and his wife. It's a long story but overall he's been petty my whole life. The point is, my nephew's 1st birthday is coming up this week and bought all these presents for him. I tried contacting my brother and emailing him, etc, but I haven't gotten a response. If he doesn't contact me by my nephews birthday to arrange to deliver the gifts and see my nephews should I try mailing the toys to him for my nephew or return the gifts?
