Positive Support Groups for Women with Cancer in San Diego?

I need a positive cancer support group in San Diego. I have been to one and I felt it was a little too negative. I am looking for a positive local support group where the women are uplifting and not afraid to laugh a little. I am a really positive loving woman and I am looking for a same in a support group.
