Pulled back out at work legal advice?

First go to HR and keep very accurate records of your interaction with them. Keep a copy of all the paperwork you fill out and make your own notes of meetings or conversations you have with them. You should be eligible for workmans comp. I do not mean this in a bad way but you need to use grammatically correct English and your sentences should be understandable. If your injury is legitimately work related and company acts in good faith, you should not need to see a lawyer. But just go see one after you talk in HR just in case.
