Can near constant bickering between a hetero male and female often mean ual tension?

...I think it often does. Especailly if you work together and the second you meet you are thinking, "hmmm something is annoying about this clown..." Then you find that you can't seem to ever be perfectly friendly, and if ou are, it's just fake! lol
