Why do ignorants on here think just because I'm Muslim that automatically means..?

I do understand you don't want to be judged but I am curious what do Muslim's think when they do see other Muslims doing lots of sins? Are they ever instructed to tell them. In the Christians bible we are told to gently admonish the sinner.
